Terms of service
These terms describe product information, delivery, returns and support for purchases from GlowStride.
Product information
Check the species guidance, dimensions and intended use on each product page. The broader GlowStride name does not mean every item is suitable for every pet.
Read the “What is included” information for the colour or size you select.
Reviewing your purchase
Review the selected item, quantity, price, delivery options and charges shown at checkout before placing your order.
Delivery
Delivery availability and estimates depend on the item, destination and fulfilment route. Preparation before dispatch is separate from time in transit unless the item-specific information expressly includes both. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Items in an order may arrive in separate parcels. Where tracking is available, check the details for each parcel. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information.
Changing delivery details or requesting cancellation
Contact glowstride.team@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes depend on the actual order stage and must be confirmed by us. This does not limit cancellation or other rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and product problems
Australian Consumer Law gives you automatic consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, including for sale items or products dispatched from overseas.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains product-problem remedies, return instructions, refund processing and the separate voluntary change-of-mind policy.
Product and order enquiries
Email glowstride.team@gmail.com for help. Include your order number or another proof of purchase, the item name, a short description of the issue and the outcome you prefer. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed when you use the store or contact us.
